Buddies

Joshua and Anson are the best buddies. Everyday they do things together and they like to have each other around. 4-month apart is even closer than brothers. They learn to share from young. Por por is caring for them so well. Our family is so blessed to have such an arrangement.

15 Months + 1 day

At Joshua's 15 Months appointment: weight: 22.11 lb (30%); length: 32 in (75%); head 18 in (15%)

Joshua has been growing steadily and everything is great according to Dr. Ali. He got three shots this time and he cried a little bit due to nap time approaching. Mommy got all her questions answered.

Finally Joshua is saying Mama voluntarily and soundly. Mommy was so happy to hear Josh saying mama five times in a row one morning!!! Sometimes he kisses mommy and daddy on the cheeks. At times, he shys away when being kissed by mommy on the lips. He knows exactly how to get attention by acting different facial expressions. Auntie Neslie calls him 豬. He follows us verbally and he can pronounce well. His language skill is good so far. He is very active and babbling all day long. Mommy taught him the traffic light once. The next day he pointed and shouted out loud when seeing it. Same thing with airplane and clock. He is like a sponge learning wise.

Joshua has not been eating a lot of veggie and meat. Mommy is hoping things will turn around when his molar teeth finally come out. His recent favorites are rice, noodles, bread (all carbs!). Fruits, cheese, beans, corns, tofu, and yogurt are ok. He uses fork and spoon when he feels like it.

He is more cooperative with a new toothbrush mommy got him. Everyday his six little pearls are being brushed or wiped before bedtime.

His little feet are no longer little. Mommy just bought two pairs of new shoes to standby. Size 6.5 & 7.

His little hands are no longer little. Mommy noticed his nails are wider when clipping them.

Josh started his first drawing with Anson. They have different styles. Picasso vs. Van Gogh haha...

Mini Watch

Mommy is a Watch person. When seeing a Mini Cooper watch at an online article, mommy instantly fell in love with it. After spending some time to research the source and making calls to check with the local dealers, it was told that US Mini has no connections with the Asian Mini dealers. Mommy thought she was not meant to get the watch. However, out of nowhere, the watch was delivered to home via FedEx. It turned out that daddy found it online from the UK Mini Cooper website and ordered it! Daddy admitted that he was a bit wary after he placed the order as he only got an email stating that the order was shipped but there was no tracking number, estimated delivery date nor further information. Mommy was very thankful and touched by daddy's surprise!!! The watch is perfect except that it needs 3 more extra holes on the leather strap to fit on mommy's wrist! Mini Watch. Great Love.

Gilroy Garden

Auntie Neslie got discounted tickets from her company. Along with Nicholas' family, we had our 1st Theme Park experience at Gilroy Garden. It is such an infant friendly place that we all love to visit again. The boys had a great time riding and spinning throughout the day!

Play Time

Josh seemed to like Korean food. He enjoyed the clear noodles a lot.
