
My prenatal exercise class began this morning. I woke up at 7 AM to attend the Intro/Safety class prior to the 1 hour exercise session with other pregnant women. The session was quite intense that we followed our instructor, a nurse (above; she is quite fit after giving birth to 5 kids, from 14-27 years old!!!) to do pelvic tilt, shoulder rolls, arm circling, side stretch, knee blend, marching, stepping, squatting and leg stretch. It felt really good after that. I will have another 5 sessions to go every Saturday morning. P.S. I got the blue shirt two weeks ago and there was a lot of room. Now that I could barely fit into it!
