My healthy diet
I usually have a bowl of cereal with dried cranberries and a hard boiled egg for breakfast. A sample lunch includes a cup of low-fat yogurt, a small kiwi, a whole avocado, a whole wheat toast and walnuts. Whole grain crackers, fruits, or healthy snacks are consumed in between meals. Prenatal vitamins and Calcium supplement are also taken at different times daily. I will continue to eat smaller portions and more meals throughout pregnancy.
